From 14:00 till 23:59, Late check-in after 00:00 is possible on request and is subject to a € 20,- surcharge.

Cancellation / Prepayment
Cancellation 72 hours before arrival date (arrival date starts at 00:00).
In case of late cancellation or date change the first night will be charged, in case of no-show the full amount will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or extra persons are charged EUR 45 per night per person.
Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.
(Single and small double/twin rooms are not suitable for extra baby cots or additional beds).
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Payment
Payment has to be done at check-in by cash or bankcard (International Maestro or V-Pay). Visa and MasterCard are also accepted but are subject to a 4% surcharge.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of EUR 200 is required at check-in. This will be collected by credit card. The guest will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Alternatively, the deposit can also be provided by cash, in which case the reimbursement takes place on the day of check-out.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden in rooms and public areas of the hotel.

When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
